About Me
After 20 years as a Mental Health Nurse, I hit 40 feeling heavier, unfit and stuck.
Strength training and running helped me rebuild my body and transform my well-being.
I became a personal trainer in 2024 and now I coach others because I know the same is possible for anyone.
I get how overwhelming it can seem to make changes to your lifestyle, and the challenges that come along, but my supportive and patient approach will keep you moving in the right direction.

My space
Based in Forfar, Angus, I have converted my home garage into a gym allowing a private space to learn techniques, movements and build confidence. I can also accommodate partner sessions.
It is well equipped having everything you need to learn the fundamentals of training.
Fully insured and CIMPSA accredited.
